Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving the order confirmation email. You will be notified again when your order is shipped.
Orders will be shipped twice a week.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
The shipping rate for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic shipping is charged a flat rate of $8 and international shipping is charged a flat rate of $30.
Local Delivery
Domestic rates apply to all local deliveries
Orders will be shipped twice a week. If you would like to receive your order, we recommend that you choose local pickup.
In-Store Pickup
You can enjoy free local pickup at the Westminster Seminary address and avoid shipping costs. Once you place your order and choose local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and available for pickup within 1-4 business days. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with pickup instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 3pm. Please bring your order confirmation email with you to pick up your order.
If you would like to come outside of these times, please email Support@tvstandsdiscount.com and we will do our best to find a feasible time for you to pick up your order.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to all countries. Orders may arrive anywhere from two weeks to one month after order placement, depending on the shipping method.
Depending on the country and its specific restrictions, shipping may be delayed by 2-4 weeks.
The shipping cost of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer a $20 flat rate shipping for international orders.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once the goods arrive at the destination country. Westminster Store and Westminster Theological Seminary are not responsible for any such charges and you, the customer, will be responsible for them.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@tvstandsdiscount.com with your name and order number and we will look for it for you.
Shipping to a PO Box
Some carriers have restrictions on shipping to PO Boxes. If you are a military member serving internationally, you may receive a personal email regarding the delivery of your order as some carriers may not recognize your address. Thank you for your service!
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the order value, minus return shipping costs, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
If your order is damaged in any way, please email Support@tvstandsdiscount.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the condition of the item. We handle this on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.
